Getting started with SocialSales
Set up your workspace, train your AI agent and send your first reply.
Welcome to SocialSales. This short guide walks you through the first 10 minutes of your account so you can get a real reply out to a real customer today.
Step 1 — Create your workspace. After signing up, name your workspace something your team will recognise. Workspaces are isolated, so each brand or client gets its own.
Step 2 — Tell the agent what you sell. Open the Instructions tab and paste in your offer, pricing, FAQs and any objections you hear often. The more concrete the better.
Step 3 — Connect a channel. Start with web chat for the fastest test, or jump straight into WhatsApp if you already have a Business number.
Step 4 — Send a test message. Try a question a real lead would ask. Tweak the instructions until the answer sounds like you.
