Connecting WhatsApp
Link a WhatsApp Business number so your AI can reply automatically.
SocialSales connects to WhatsApp through the official Business API. You'll need a phone number that isn't currently registered in the WhatsApp app.
Open Channels → WhatsApp and click Connect. Follow the on-screen flow to verify your business and the number you'd like to use.
Once verified, incoming messages will start appearing in your unified inbox within a few seconds.
