Connecting Instagram

Link your Instagram Business account to automate DMs, story replies and comments.

SocialSales connects to Instagram via the official Meta Graph API. You'll need an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.

Open Channels → Instagram and click Connect. Approve the messaging permissions in Meta's standard OAuth flow.

Pick which surfaces the agent should handle: DMs, story replies, comments — or all three.
